About Front Desk Coordinator

What does a Front Desk Coordinator do?

As Front Desk Coordinators, we are responsible for receiving and guiding the visitors. We welcome the customers and greet them professionally. We listen to their concerns. Directing them to the relevant staff person is also part of our duty. We answer inbound calls and emails. We provide our customers with accurate and timely information. Working as Front Desk Coordinators, we maintain the professional look of the reception. We also serve to Schedule and maintain the conference room. We are also responsible for sorting, processing, and distributing mail packages. Finally, we perform offsite office errands, including bank, post office, and client offices.

Core tasks:

  • welcoming and greeting visitors
  • guiding and directing customers to the concerned persons
  • maintaining the reception environment
  • answering incoming calls, emails, and web-based queries
