About Front End Supervisor

What does a Front End Supervisor do?

In the role of Front End Supervisors, we assist with scheduling and supervision of team members. We oversee the day-to-day flow of the department. Maintaining attractive Front End displays and supporting the regional Front End vision is our responsibility. We ensure the smooth operation of the Front End Team. We ensure a positive company image by providing courteous and efficient service to customers. It is our duty to address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. We manage workflow on the front end. We coordinate customer flow and report performance and policy issues to the Team Leader. Assisting in training Team Members is our responsibility.

Core tasks:

  • maintain Team Member safety and security standards
  • delegate tasks to Front End Team Members
  • assist in training of new Team Members
  • support national, regional, and store programs
  • respond promptly to customer needs and questions
  • open and close department according to established procedures
