As Front OF House Staff, we are tasked with receiving and confirming phone, online and walk-in reservations after verifying the customer’s payment. We also educate new customers on the company’s subscription plans and inform them of the premium seats and services that are offered to the VIP members. We direct and assist early arrivals to the bar while they wait for their table to become available and provide them with refreshments or appetizers to keep them occupied. We serve food to the customers’ table after taking their orders to the kitchen and ensuring that their food allergies were duly noted.
