What does a Front Office Assistant do?

As Front Office Assistants, we perform day-to-day administrative tasks in office environments, ranging from medical facilities to big corporations, schedule and confirm appointments, direct incoming calls, welcome visitors, handle basic inquiries, and sort mail. The Front Office Assistants answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, welcome visitors, order office supplies, report to management, and perform administrative duties. We answer telephone calls, screening, and forwarding calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events, welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, handling basic inquiries, and sorting mail.

  • monitor office supplies and ordering replacements
