We are looking to hire a Front Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage records and information
Plan and maintain work facilities
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Company Description
Carrollton's newest Hotel and Conference Center is seeking enthusiastic and energetic team members to join our culinary staff. Dallas Carrollton Courtyard and Carrollton Conference Center is a franchisee of Marriott and is owned and operated by Lowen Hospitality Management. TASKS

  • Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
  • Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
  • Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll, or shipping to verify details, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance.

  • Administration and ManagementKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • ClericalKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Economics and AccountingKnowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Sales and MarketingKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
