About Fund Accountant

What does a Fund Accountant do?

As Fund Accountants, we provide accounting for an investment portfolio. We are in charge of managing the activities related to funding accounting and domestic equity transactions. Also, when it comes to budget development, we make sure we work hand in hand with supervisors. We are basically responsible for all aspects of day-to-day accounting activities for one or more assigned institutional funds.

Core tasks:

  • keeping ourselves informed and updated with accounting principles and procedures
  • daily accounting of designated funds
  • monitoring and management of cash flow and expenses
  • creating of month-end reconciliation and closing of the account
  • performing fund analysis
  • teaming up with auditors in annual audits activities
