About Funding Specialist

What does a Funding Specialist do?

Working as Funding Specialists, our primary responsibility is to develop the funding plans based on the specifications of loans. We create negotiable arrangements such as paybacks and other funding matters related to the legal accounts. We calculate the fees of different services of the company based on their provided information in the closing packages. Functioning as Funding Specialists, we are also accountable for retrieving the purchasing schedules from the individual investors of the company. We follow up and contribute with the escrow agents to ensure that the closing packages are being delivered within the given timeline. We also scale the performances to make sure that the overall collateral documents to the designated warehouse banks.

Core tasks:

  • preparing lists of loans
  • assisting customers with their working capital
  • verifying the given instructions of loans
  • working closely with the closing attorneys
  • preparing funding worksheets
