Gaston County Schools is a North Carolina public school district situated in Gaston County. It is North Carolina's tenth largest public school system, with 31,189 students enrolled in 55 schools for the 2012–13 academic year. There are 56 schools in the system, including 11 high schools, 11 middle schools, 32 elementary schools, and two special schools. The mission of the school is to promote educational facilities to everyone. They always welcomes talented and brilliant individuals for this cause.
