Employee were not flexible. They did their job and would not help out. Front office rely on warehouse associates and by pass Supervisor.

Pros and Cons
Recognize employees with job well done.
Huge air craft parts and not well organized. Need more space

I first started out as a Stockroom clerk which I enjoyed. After a few years, I was offered the Stockroom Supervisor position. I felt so empowered by the position and was included in the improvements, our department was developing a great reputation of accurate on hand inventory and being part of a bigger team. I then worked in inventory control and ordering materials, parts and keeping costs down. The employees were close and there was a family atmosphere. I retired from GE Aviation in 2020 after 10 years. It was a great experience and the people made the experience so rewarding.

Pros and Cons
Encouragement for giving back to the people!
None that I can think of.

This site is very unorganized with alot of unprofessional upper management . Suppose to be a teaming site but only takes place when it benefits the salary side. The Auburn site has a very hostile work environment because of teaming. Teaming keeps the employee arguing among each other, with no help from the salary side. HR is very unfair and only help certain employees. It will be a good company if they let qualified people run the plant and not the employees, get qualified engineers that help improve the processes, and not always accept negative information about employees.

Pros and Cons
you can do what you want
no accountability and teaming
