Worked there for a year. There was a steep learning curve to learning what was going on, but my coworkers and supervisors were nothing but supportive and helpful the whole way. I wish I was trained better, I might have enjoyed my work there more. Pretty slow work environment, from my experience.

Pay and benefits are good. Vacation time and days off are available. At one time, 10 years ago, it was a good place to be. As long as management liked you. Complain about something, make a mistake or 2, or just disagree with management and that puts a target on your back. Politics run deep and can get viciuos. It is not uncommon for knife climbers to exist. After all, if you kiss up, you may very well move up.
