Founded in 1952 and headquarters in Fairfax, VA, General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is a business unit of General Dynamics that develops mission critical C4ISR solutions for land, sea, air, space, and cyber domains. The company provides smarter mission critical systems and products to defence, civil government, intelligence and cybersecurity customers, GDMS developed solutions are used in various sectors under several circumstances including by pilots when they are isolated in enemy territory, equipment facilitates them to call home, government intelligence agencies when they need to share top-secret information, products help them keep this information out of the wrong hands and sailors when they need to locate underwater mines, technology helps them to find explosives with unmanned underwater vehicles. GDMS hires brightest engineers, skilled professionals, project managers to make smarter platforms. More than 12,000 employees of the company are committed for excellence across the world. The company has recently awarded as a new contract by the U.S. Navy to support development, production, and installation requirements of ballistic missile submarines.
