Job Summary
Princeton Tool has immediate 2nd and 3rd shift job openings for General Laborers in our Wax Injection Department. Training will be conducted on 1st shift, once training is complete qualified candidates will move to 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Wax pattern injection
- Work space housekeeping
- Quality inspection
- Maintain daily production and quality standards
- Overtime as scheduled
Qualifications and Skills
Manufacturing, inspection, wax injection, plastic injection and quality experience is a plus, but not required. On the job training will be provided.

TASKS
- Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
- Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
- Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
SKILLS
- Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
KNOWLEDGE
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Building and Construction — Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
- Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
