Working as General Managers, we oversee business operations and improve the business functions of a business unit. We serve as the top executive for the unit. As General Managers, we have broad responsibility for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, and metrics. Our duties include coordinating processes and operations, managing budgets and operational costs, developing strategic plans, and keeping the team engaged. Aside from that, we ensure good customer service, engage with vendors, and identify business opportunities.
