What does a General Sales Manager do?

Functioning as General Sales Managers, our primary responsibility is to identify the improvement parts and ensure that the target revenues of the company are being met. We manage the recruitment process. After hiring the employees of the company, we train the team members and monitor the performance of the team throughout the working process. Working as General Sales Managers, we are in charge of selling the company's products and services to the customers in different industries. We are also accountable for developing a network with the dealer throughout the project undergoing process.
