We ensure each department of the organization has appropriate staff and assist departmental supervisors with preparing schedules. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and keeping and maintain employee records is one of our main responsibilities. We ensure that the assigned department complies with the company’s policies and safety standards. Working as General Supervisors, we coordinate with human resources and respond to employee concerns and complaints.
