About General Supervisor

What does a General Supervisor do?

As General Supervisors, we are responsible for organizing and overseeing the assigned schedules and work of departments. We coordinate with other managers to establish goals and criteria to achieve the company’s objectives. We ensure each department of the organization has appropriate staff and assist departmental supervisors with preparing schedules. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and keeping and maintain employee records is one of our main responsibilities. We ensure that the assigned department complies with the company’s policies and safety standards. Working as General Supervisors, we coordinate with human resources and respond to employee concerns and complaints.
