Immediate Regional Director became very focused on his numbers and bonus and wanted me to have my staff do things that I felt was unethical which resulted in me submitting my resignation.

Good company to work for over all. Good team and colleague interactions. Covid has put a hold on many things but hopefully this will improve soon

The communication is horrible. Management is not doing their job and neither is supervisors. They turn everything they haven't done into your fault. Just like a narcissistic spouse. Horrible employee relationship. I felt like I was in a cult or an abusive relationship. Highly do not recommend this employer
