Gentherm is a Southern California originated company that strives to invest in technology mainly focusing on thermoelectric devices. They were founded in Southern California in 1933. In the first five years, they introduced the first heated and cooled seat. They developed in areas such as electronics, thermal convenience, and management, and interior comfort. With the motivation to provide comfort for the customer, in 2011 the company developed the W.E.T Automotive system. They later helped the medical and electric control industry through their innovation. They have 24 locations in 13 countries worldwide with over 11,000 employees. Gentherm believe that if it’s good for customers, it’s good for them. And every employee helps them fulfill their mission.
