I enjoyed working at the Department of Revenue, it was busy work which made the day do by fast. I would work there again.

With my employment with Georgia department of revenue I was offered the role of help desk analyst. Being an help desk analyst I assisted agents with calls that needed more research and offered assistance to agents to better explain and resolve calls with customers.
