What does a Geoscientist do?
Working as Geoscientists, we are responsible for participating in the research and study of the composition and structure of Earth. We mainly perform our instructions and study the physical aspects of earth in the field areas. We work as a part of a team to analyse the geological past and predict the geological future of the earth's crust. Functioning as Geoscientists, we are accountable for performing our research and preparing studies related to a wide range of physical aspects of Earth. Some of us study the subsurface of land and ocean to identify the natural gas deposits whereas some of us analyse the gravitational and magnetic forces and attraction of the planet.
Core tasks:
- participating in the physical examination of the structure of Earth
- searching the natural resources on earth
- analysing the issues in the previous geological studies
- performing research on the composition of rocks
