Micro management doesn't exist in this place. They let you do your thing. Just turn in the sales.💖

They will micromanage you well, which isn't a bad thing in itself but you can be sure of one thing, there is no place to hide if you are not going to put in 100% effort to reach your personal and team goals.💀
