Knowing what to do day by day is a plus, I've learned a lot in the world of retail with salutations as customer come in and out. Management was the best in Clothing retail. Hardest part of my job was closing at night with my family that needs me. The most enjoyable part of this job was helping people find cloths and shoes or just order them because we earned extra income doing this tast.

The only thing was it could have been better on raises. Other than that I really loved it. Benefits are outstanding for retail. Medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, time and half + holiday pay when you worked a holiday, paid vacation. You don’t see that much in retail

Was able to have a sit down personell interview with the store manager. Also spoke on the phone with a phone interview with the district manager. Felt very comfortable with Rachael the store manager at the interview. Talked about different functions of the job.

Be friends with everyone. Make sure to try and push yourself for more! Management in that work isn’t hard. Keep your area clean if put into sections. Dont leave stuff in the floor. If you see someone stealing dont be afraid to let a manager know.
