Girls Inc. strives to identify and place facilitators with youth work experience who can connect authentically with diverse girls and communities. Girls Inc. sets high standards for our facilitators so that we can engage the girls we serve in meaningful learning. We also want all facilitators to have a great experience for their own professional development and social enhancement. We offer our facilitators focused trainings and encourage participation in all Girls Inc. events to help cultivate rich and supportive relationships with a dynamic community of women.
