GLAAD is a Non-profit Organization Management company that was founded in 1984 and headquartered in New York, NY. They have the vision to promote the change it the cultural norms and advocate the right of gender through the sustained efforts under the LGBT. To provide ease to the underserved genders they engage their employees in the provision of different employment benefits such as LGBT equality, Communications, internship, anti-defamation advocacy, Media, LGBT, fellowship, and much more.
