Job Description
Global Commercial Learning priorities, and maintain a thorough understanding of
the Imaging business strategies, goals and products. The Learning Leader will
develop and execute programs, embed sustainability of learning and demonstrate
the learning ROI value with regular reported metrics. This person will
collaborate with Imaging and Regional Learning Leaders to design and roll-out
global employee learning experiences.
Essential Responsibilities:The Learning Leader will be primarily focused on the
Imaging business with a direct-line reporting structure through the Global
Commercial Learning function. The role will be focused on Global Commercial
Learning priorities, and this person will maintain a thorough understanding of
the Imaging business strategies, goals and products and will also cultivate
strong connections with Imaging commercial leaders and employees to understand
their needs. By fully understanding the knowledge, skills and behaviors
employees need to acquire to align with business priorities, the Learning
Leader will develop effective programs, execute programs, embed sustainability
of learning and demonstrate the learning ROI value with regular reported
metrics and measures. The Learning Leader will work in collaboration with
Imaging Business Leaders and Regional Learning Leaders to design and roll-out
learning experiences for employees around the world. The position reports to
the Executive, Global Commercial Learning and will work directly with the
Global Commercial Learning Digital Learning Leader. The position is U.S.-based
and can work remotely
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a Learning and Development role
Minimum 3 years Life Sciences or other related industry experience
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Project and program management experience
Create and maintain project plans
Communicate with key stakeholders
Develop and manage timelines
Desired Characteristics:
Master s Degree in a related discipline
Knowledge of learning experience platforms
Experience using a variety of digital learning technologies
Experience working with commercial employees (sales and marketing)
Designing and developing programs using agile methodologies
