Very fast paced especially on the weekends, the hardest time is the first 2 weeks. Your feet will hurt and you will be TIRED, however if you keep at it then it will all pay off! The longer you work there the easier it gets. All tips left are yours to keep, you don’t have to tip out and after close you get paid 7:25 a hour. Your coworkers are who you want to build a relationship with for they will be the ones to turn to for help and who you will be relying on at the end of the night when it’s time to go home. Team work makes the dream work. Especially during the shift for side work and getting plates out. Management leaves you alone pretty much throughout the shift unless the restaurant is a mess and tables can’t be found to sit at. Expect to work EVERY HOLIDAY ITS MANDATORY! They are never closed! Also if a customer has an issue with anything you might as well try and solve the issue yourself especially if Brian is the manager on duty he doesn’t do ppl.

Pros and Cons
Great money! And make lasting relationships
Managers are useless, hardly any breaks! Mandatory in all HOLIDAYS
