Golds Gym is no longer a corporate entity, they are all franchise owned. This particular franchise group in the DC Metro area is pretty bad.... Play favorites, only support gyms near where the higher ups live. I can respect that they bought the gyms and can run them how they please. Definitely not for me or anyone used to gyms respecting you and/or paying bonuses if earned. They manage situations by writing people up, and want you to do the same. No more going to the conference. If you want to work 9-6 Monday, Tuesday, Wed and have to be in on Saturdays as a GM... this is for you.

Well I’ve worked there for 5 years and the experience is something Id remember fondly for the rest of my life. The management and my senior coworkers really helped me out when I was just started working there as a trainer.
