Its a hell of a sales job and you’ll grow a lot from it if you give a dedicated effort but youre going to have to put in historic figure energy to make it work and become a truly disciplined person to have longevity.

I’d say raising the base pay to 50k, at least 45k, would help allievate a lot of pressure and scarcity mindset of the young, new agents who are for the most part 4 to 5 star recruits.
