Grady Health System

Where I worked the manager was there 5 years, where other staff have been there 20 years or more and if she didn’t like you or felt she couldn’t get you to do what she wanted then you were and target and expect not to be there long. Too much favoritism and not enough positivity and recognition for your hard work and dedication. Now that was just in my department.

Grady is a very busy hospital, I had lots of interactions wit patients and tried my best to put a smile on my patients face everyday

Grady was a great place to work! Staff was grand helpful. I’d still be there had I not opossum business myself, been trying to go back since 2001
