I have worked at Graham Packaging since 4/15/2020 and the entire time I felt welcomed; the job is easy going but can get hectic and frustrating at times… People are friendly but communication could be improved. Overall, I enjoyed working there and due to compensation and the closeness to my home I look forward to returning.

Pros and Cons
They have Avanti store market available for those who forget their lunch

This was a great company to get your foot in the door into the world but as far as long term employment I would not count on it the people there are very understanding and knowledgeable but they tend to overestimate their employees assume we now what all the rules and regulations of the company are without any documentation being provided.

Pros and Cons
good hours
They are slow and unsure of who they're going to hire so would not apply

Turned the plant around and built relations with customers. Then upper leadership wanted wrong things and I let along with other plant leaders. The plant has fallen due to upper management

Pros and Cons
It was fun early on working to change the culture there
Upper Management wanted to steal all the hard work from all at that plant
