Great place to work, they believe in you. They want you and their customers happy. Supervisor's are there to help you, it's all about teamwork.

Pros and Cons

They are completely different in training as to how it is on the floor. In training metrics dont matter, on the floor its all they care about, too many bathroom breaks you are penalized for your adherence. They say the customer is #1 but words do not match actions. You have to be off the phone within 3-5 min per customer (no matter their issue) if not you get penalized and or fired. I worked there for a year and a half and hated every minute of it (even when i was remote). You are never good enough for them, at least thats how they make you feel. I WOULD NOT WORK THERE!

Pros and Cons
Friendly coworkers
Terrible leaders, supervisors, and management.
