Like almost every other sales job, this is a 'what have you done for us lately?' work atmosphere. So you were employee of the quarter earlier this year? Big deal - your results and dials are down recently, now your on watch. Not meeting goals in successive months could get you cut loose, and that's part of why turnover is so high there. And here's something they won't tell you right away: MEET GOAL OR GO OVER GOAL BY ONE! Your Mgr will push to enroll as many as possible each month, and you'll do so at the expense of draining your pipeline - SAVE SOME PROSPECTS TO MEET FUTURE GOALS. Wish someone would have told me that in the beginning.

Pros and Cons
Great pay & benefits; 10 or more holidays off per year; really good training; 5 day a week schedule
Hitting dial and talk time goals isn't easy; had 3 managers in 4 years
