Looking to leave due to low moral in company and little respect from management. Benefits are not that great. New upper management and recently promoted management is a joke.

8 holiday per year - but watch out, you have to be employed 30 days before you get holiday pay! You accrue PTO based on length of service. After a probationary period, eligible for medical, dental and vision (high cost).
