About Greeter

What does a Greeter do?

As Greeters, we greet all arriving customers with courtesy and provide our visitors with all useful directions, and locations such as parking spots, toilets, and food vendors. We regularly maintain and perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the restrooms to saving and storing lost items for the visitors to retrieve, in accordance with the fair’s policies and guidelines. We manage all communication with our visitors and quickly escalate complex issues to managers, ensuring a safe working area for all colleagues and visitors by keeping the area calm with a pleasant atmosphere.

Core tasks:

  • assist visitors in finding appropriate merchandise to enhance their satisfaction level
  • inform incoming visitors on any promotions, and provide them with catalogs if needed
  • ensure accuracy in all completed orders after accepting payments
