My boss was a bully. All the managers in her portfolio hated her. Upper management nor HR did anything to help us when we reached out for help. They favor certain people and will even pay them a higher salary even if they work a smaller property or have less experience.

There are no pros.
Zero morals or ethics. They do not promote a work/life balance.

Property was so short staffed that at hire, I also took on another huge role with no training per this company for my own position. Extremely hectic and no control or help especially from the regional manager.

Too many blind folders and recognition with two or three persons that do not represents a knowledgeable skills as a technicians The same recognitions and trophy for the same group of peoples that not even known how to install a simple door.

There is too much politics, and you have to be a master of the game to have an actual career growth. Upper management shows no concern to lower level employees and residents. Their only concern is fill up the spaces in apartments and so they can have a great review in their reports during stakeholder meetings.
