Working as Ground Instructors, our primary responsibility is to instruct the newly hired ground technician's and guide them about the working guidelines. We work under the supervision of ground supervisors and provide daily reports to them. We build an effective training environment for the overall team members to ensure everyone is being provided with the best possible learning. Functioning as Ground Instructors, we are liable for researching new strategies for our team members to revise and improve other existing training methods and Systems. We also provide learning and training material to our newly hired team members to ensure they can take benefit from them anytime.
