As Group Fitness Instructors, we lead, deliver and instruct group fitness routines that range from aerobic sessions, activities, muscular workouts, stretches, dance routine, yoga classes with mental and physical harmony. We include development and organization of chirography, body movement, sequencing and progression team sessions. Our on-campus recreation programs are also available to provide convenience and help others achieve goals and have fun at the same time. With a passion to bring a positive change to our client's lives, we provide a welcoming environment for each and every member that joins.
