About Group Leader

What does a Group Leader do?

As Group Leaders, we are responsible for managing and supervising groups. We coordinate with group members and provide clear written and verbal instructions to group members. We plan daily activates and delegate tasks among members. Educating and training new group members and support staff is part of our daily responsibilities. We ensure health and safety regulations are always obeyed and analyze group performance. We make recommendations for improvements and provide group sessions for customer queries and concerns. Working as Group Leaders, we uphold the values and standards of the organization and schedule additional training sessions and workshops.
