As a Group Sales Representative, our primary tasks include promoting and selling products or services to groups, such as businesses, organizations, or other entities. We build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. Using communication and networking skills, we generate leads and identify potential group sales opportunities. Additionally, we frequently collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to develop strategies and meet sales targets. We often track sales performance and provide reports to management to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
