What does a Growth Marketing Manager do?

As Growth Marketing Managers, we are primarily responsible for keeping up with evolving customer needs. We closely monitor the increase and decrease in customers. Furthermore, we develop strategies to retain the company’s customers and clients. Experimenting with new and trending modes of service delivery is one of our duties. We also work closely with the digital content departments, to manage the company’s content being published. Some of us are also responsible for the development of feedback avenues such as questionnaires, ratings, surveys, and much more.

  • creating various campaign strategies
  • suggesting product updates and changes
  • planning growth strategies
  • predicting the outcome of implemented growth strategies
  • managing the execution of long term projects
