As Guest Service Managers, we manage guest and front office operations. We assist with check-in, check-out, and respond to guest complaints. We oversee lobby operations and hotel amenities. We oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure all payments are made. Ensuring guests are warmly welcomed when they arrive and training staff is one of our main responsibilities. We ensure the safety of guests and staff. We fulfill requests made by guests and implement procedures to improve services. Working as Guest Service Managers, we hire and train staff in matters of professional conduct and support services personnel with questions posed by guests. We also act as a link between guests and hotel management.
