What does a Guest Service Team Leader do?

Operating as Guest Service Team Leaders, we are responsible for leading the customer service team and instruct them to provide 24 hours customer service support to the clients. We have to make sure about the employee's customer service during peak times. We are capable of attending the phone calls and helping in resolving the issues and queries of clients. In the role of Guest Service Team Leader, our primary goal is to improve the overall department organization’s efficiency and performance. We have to analyze the working process and figure out the improvement areas. Some of us have to teach the Company policies and practices to new employees.
