I had several years of NICU under my belt as well as having been a travel nurse. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Gwinnett. I learned new techniques and able to take care of varying types of infants. Grew in my ability to teach others and learned to work with Oscillators.

Pros and Cons
comradery, nurses-doctors- and RT work as a team.
I had very little negative

Pro's Diversity, experienced monitor techs that respect each other and work as Teamplayers. Good pay and benefits. Wonderful hardworking nurses and Staff. CON's Very controlling, micromanaging supervisor who is ex military. She implements her ex military behaviors to intimidate employees. Very high turnover, 13 monitor techs left in the 3 years I worked. From February 2021 to August 5 more resigned including myself.

Pros and Cons
Pay, benefits, and diverse background, ethics, and race.b
Northside CMU is very discriminating and micromanaging.
