Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), often known as Habitat for Humanity or Habitat, is a non-profit organization based in the United States that was formed in 1976 by Millard and Linda Fuller. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization founded by Christians. The administrative and worldwide operating headquarters are in America's, Georgia, USA. Habitat for Humanity operates actively in over 70 countries by 2020. Since 1976, Habitat for Humanity has helped more than 29 million people build, restore, or maintain homes, communities, and hope. Habitat for Humanity was the world's largest non-profit builder as of 2013. The board of Habitat is in charge of creating policies and managing Habitat's function.
