This company will put company profits over the success of the employee. The employee (mechanics) are the ones who make the money and receive the least recognition. Some employess get away with doing nothing because they know the "good ole boys"

Good coworkers. My lead sucked. The planes were fine. 100 characters? I showed up on time everyday. Some days I got sent home for lack of work. I can’t drive 2 hours and not get paid. That’s was my problem though.
Pros and Cons
Pay was good.
Having planes to work on was sporratic
