This was one of the most demanding customer service job I had. 100% satisfaction or your money back . It increased false claims, however only 4% of money wa given back ; amazing, evidence that guest only want a clean, safe room at reasonable price

The interview process was quick alit of paper work but didn't have any other engagements after the interview I was offered a position. Tina who hired me gave me a tour of the hotel introduced me to people who were also room attendants other employees that had started before me in training. After that I started work it was good the people were friendky. Very supportive. We had team meetings we were told of what was going on with standards. After that I started on rooms first I did the changing of the bed sheets then when I was done practicing there I did the bathrooms the trainer did a good job teaching me she even went out if her way and gave me lunch.
Pros and Cons
Free food, Friendly office
Bad food not sure about going into specifics
