Not what it used to be

2.2
Amarillo, TX - January 27, 2022
Happy used to be phenomenal and it was obvious that we lived the core values. Under the new CEO, we are not valued as people unless we have a title or letters after our name. Pay is awful in comparison to the volume of work we produce. My immediate supervisor is incredible and is the only reason I've stayed this long, however most others that have been promoted are degrading to their employees...which is not a core value we claim to abide by.
