I had worked there twice, I enjoyed it on some days other days I didn’t. There wasn’t a lot of teamwork, a lot of Indians not enough cheifs. Training wasn’t bad at all

I worked at the Hardee's in tazewell va for a few months. It did have it's stressful periods but all in all wonderful place to work. There is so much that can be learned from this environment.

Well i worked here for a year or longer but it is very stressful and no one helps all the employees just sit on there ass doing nothing and when told to do something they dont do it i would advise that you dont get a job here and they are very disrespectful as well.

i had to be at work every morning at 430 and did not get off until 2 pm or later. I made biscuits, did prep work and cooked all of the grill food for breakfast. I only made minimum wage. I worked there a year and never received a raise.

Ponder enterprises is who I was under. They were great. I had a great store manager that give me the opportunity to advance my career into the management field. Without him I wouldn’t be where I am today. I loved my 4-5 years at this hardees had a great team miss them all

I loved working for Hardee's. It was a great place to work, and you make some life long friends at the company. We would have so much fun during our shifts and we would kid around at times when we were slow.
