I was terminated without any warning after 3 years of service. Still not sure what the real reason is.

Pros and Cons
Good people; Plex
Hatch is a good place to work if you do not get involved with the nepotism.

I worked at hatch stamping for close to 4 years.. Though my job wasnt all that difficult it could be very stressful at times. In the end what i learned was the most important thing this company was concerned with was the numbers. The more parts that went out the bigger the profits. The bigger the profits the bigger the bonuses for the management. Though safety and quality was addressed it was quanity that was at the top of the list. Yes alot of companies are focused on making profit, thats the whole point of any business. But to jeopardize the safety of customers because of greed is just outright wrong! Well this is what goes on inside one of their plants and people who show a different attitude toward this way of thinking are eventually removed.

Pros and Cons
Learned alot obout the manufacturing indutry
Constantly under the microscope, low wages made to feel like you were just a robot.
