good interaction with staff and residents, flexible schedule, lots of positive vibes, pleasant surroundings, enjoyed speaking with residents, also enjoyed helping residents and family members of the resident - either in person or via telephone.

The quality of care at the facility steadily declined from the time I started until I left. Grouping patients and productivity is the primary focus for management of the therapy department. Expect consistent pressure from management to group patients and must have confidence to defend your clinical opinion if it is not appropriate.

Prior to our facility going public the building ran like a well oiled machine with great teamwork and accountability. Following going public the building steadily cut our continuing education, demanded unrealistic productivity standards, and eventually claimed bankruptcy in our region.

I worked for HCR 3 times. At 3 different facilities. Livonia, Plymouth, and Dorvin in livonia. Each time was for a facility that gave me more billing experience

Very clean building. The staff go above and beyond. Activities was very good. Most of the staff enjoyed working there. Some staff has been there for over 20 years.
