About Head of School

What does a Head of School do?

Working as Head of School, we plan the operations of the school. We consult with the School Executives to develop functional plans for the school. We monitor the daily activities at the school. In fulfillment of our role as Head of School, we keep the school organized by providing frameworks for classes and extracurricular activities. We develop instructional work and share this with the teachers. We evaluate student and teacher performances and resolve any problems. As Head of School, we carry out supervision of school work and all activities. We perform rounds to ensure that teachers are performing their duties and students are in school. Our role involves offering guidance to students to ensure that they are doing well in their academics and their personal life.
